Two ways to get paid
Work a job, keep 60%
When a business books NVR2L8 and you do the work, you keep 60% of the job in cash, paid within 7 days after the client approves it. Several creators on one job split the 60%. Example: a $200 job pays you $120.
Build the network, own a piece
Recruiting, events, check-ins and repping the tag earn RP. Every quarter, a share of profit is split by RP, like owning a piece of the business. Jobs don't earn RP, so nothing pays twice.

Check in daily, stream and post with the tag, recruit, refer businesses and show up to events. Paid jobs pay cash instead.
Hit 30 to qualify
Earn 30 RP in the quarter to share the pool. Hit 30 and you unlock 20 bonus starting RP too.
Leaders count more
HR and Crew Leaders earn 1.5× RP, and the President and Vice President earn 2×, because they run the work.
Get paid
When the quarter ends, the pool is split by RP. More RP, bigger cut.

Keep it clean

Spend your tokens
Phantom Tokens come from check-ins, likes, spins, duels, drops and codes. Spend them on perks below. Tokens are separate from RP, so spending never lowers your payout. They carry over every quarter and have no cash value.
A leader delivers your perk after you buy it. Token packs are final sale, and tokens have no cash value and can't be cashed out. Farming tokens gets them taken back.
